Words can't describe how I feel about Claudia and her job as a relator. I'll try to limit the words so it could be feasibly readable so please bear with me. From the second I got the notification she was my relator she immediately established contact and started to get to work. From the beginning of June until the end of July Claudia stayed in constant communication with me. She walked me through house showings, open houses, offers, escrow process, seller disclosures, and closing costs information. As a first time homebuyer I had a ton of questions and she answered every single one of them in full regard. Once my offer got accepted she provided daily updates on the process and what the impact was on every document I was signing. She fought with the seller and lender to ensure I got all the credits and discounts I was entitled to as a military servicemember. She went above and beyond sometimes playing the lender and loan officer roles when the deal was going astray. I didn't have the best lender or loan team, but she held it together and was very professional in doing it. She took some criticism from the lender, but she did it on behalf of me. I appreciate that from great people. I definitely recommend anyone to use her services if you want the best deal possible in a competitive and high paced housing market. I'd give her 10 stars if I could.

She knows what to do to make your house sell from setting up a contractor to do upgrades on the home, staging the unit. Pictures and marketing. Her skills are one of a kind she will not disappoint.

Most unprofessional realtor I've ever come across. Constantly gossiping about clients. When purchasing our home she promised us many things would be taken care of or included that were not. During escrow when contacting her to get an idea of where we were at she would basically say everything was on schedule and then last minute everything she said had been done was done after the date she gave us that escrow would be closed. I don't feel she had bad intentions I just would not recommend her to a new home buyer or anyone unfamiliar with the home buying process. Don't let her go over your papers. Take them home and read them because she reads systematically and not your contracts to verify everything.

My husband and I used Claudia to buy out first home. To resell our first home 3 years later, and our buy our SECOND home. I can't say enough great things about Claudia and her work ethic. Claudia is extremely experienced and well-versed in what she does. Anytime we call or text, Claudia was there to answer all of our questions. Being a military family with two small children is tough but she made the process feel easy with her support and drive. We never had time to worry about anything because Claudia was always there to handle everything. So many things go into the process but Claudia walked us through EVERYTHING! I couldn't have got thru this stressful time without the help of Claudia. Not just buying a house but I was going thru personal stuff at the same time. Not only did she do basically everything to get me in my house, she also talked to me as friend not a commission. She fought for me as the process went on and saved me money too! After I closed and moved in she still checked on me to see how I was adjusting in the new place! What realtor does that? Claudia was the property manager at a unit I rented and she was always available for questions during and after my rental period. She is easy to communicate with and very efficient with her time, as well as mine. She went above and beyond her duties and really helped me out. She has both the interest of landlord and tenant in mind, which made her a great property manager. She is also a realtor and I am certain she does a fabulous job in that field as well.
